British scientists sketched the healthiest menu possible. To obtain it, took them years for the research at Leatherhead Food Research, an independent British organization, and analyzed 4,000 commercials used by manufacturers and supermarkets to tempt consumers.

Those who think it's boring to choose healthy food every day must change their opinion. The "miracle" menu includes a series of healthy foods, distributed among three main meals, but a lot of snacks that can be consumed throughout the day. He promises to be not only healthy but also tasty.

"We wanted to show that healthy food should not be boring. I conducted dozens of tests each year, in terms of food taste, and I came to one conclusion: no matter how healthy a food is, if it's not tasty, don't sell", said Dr. Paul Berryman, head of the organization Leatherhead.

The menu begins with a fresh and smoked salmon terrine, which contains Omega 3 and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), good for the arteries, heart and brain. Terrine should be eaten with a salad with a dressing of extra virgin olive oil, which is good for maintaining a normal level of cholesterol.

A plate of chicken, lentils and vegetables are a nutritious and healthy meal that meets the requirements of 80 of the tests analyzed by scientists at Leatherhead Food Research. Proteins of this food contributes to increased muscle mass, and pantothenic acid content of lentils reduces fatigue and improves mental performance.

For dessert, yogurt mixed with nuts and caramel sauce without sugar is considered perfect for digestion, teeth and blood glucose control.

The presence of guar gum (E 412) in the desert can help maintain a healthy cholesterol level, while lactose helps accelerate intestinal transit.

Desert nuts are considered a super food, consumption of 30 grams per day helping to improve elasticity of blood vessels.
The researchers also included a drink menu that can improve fitness. Its ingredients contain nutrients like calcium, zinc, iron, potassium, selenium and magnesium.

The researchers recommendations include a berry shake considered a meal for dieters. This may contribute to weight loss for those who wish to have a strict diet.

For days and cold nights is recommended hot chocolate, which contains melatonin which induces sleepiness.

Finally, experts recommend a charcoal tablet.
