The diet for a perfect silhouette
Healthy diet plan
Many times, trying to lose weight and to abstain from foods like bread, cookies, chocolate chips, but efforts are futile. When your metabolism play tricks, it's time to go to a proper diet.
Most extra pounds settle around the waist and most of the time you are irritable, tired and you can't concentrate. Experts say that these problems are related to the type of matebolism: more precisely, B metabolism, specifically people who have difficulty in processing foods high in carbohydrates.
And you're not the only one having this problem: it seems that one of two people has B metabolism: this means that foods that contain carbohydrates are quickly converted into excess fat, regardless if you're on a diet or doing sports.
The body produces lots of insulin after consuming these foods, leading to increased blood sugar levels. Fatigue produced by this reaction leads to the immediate need to eat other foods rich in carbohydrates.
If last year you could control without the weight and feel no sweets, know that metabolism B can be started and have external factors such as sedentary lifestyle, stress, certain diseases or hormonal changes.
The first step to get rid of these problems is to eliminate, step by step, foods containing carbohydrates, in a "cure" for eight weeks. Meanwhile, should abstain from foods that can bring back into a vicious circle.
You can not eat bread and related products, rice, pasta, crackers, pretzels, chips, cereals, potatoes, carrots, beans or peas, squash, soft drinks or cookies. If you think you can not give these goodies for eight weeks, you definitely have a B metabolism and such a diet is necessary.
