Over 40% of British women aged up to 30 years have at least one night during the summer holidays, according to a recent survey in Britain.

The survey was conducted by a site specializing in organizing meetings during holidays (MissTravel.com), on a sample of 30,000 British women, members of the site. Participants received a questionnaire with 10 questions about their sexual behavior during the summer holidays.

Over 40% of participants under the age of 30 years said they had a one night stand during such holidays, and 10% of respondents said they had five or more sexual partners in a holiday. 35% of them said they had only one sexual partner.

The same survey showed that women surveyed - regardless of age - are more likely to have a sexual affair during a vacation than in other periods of their everyday lives.

Another survey, conducted earlier this month the Australian company Intrepid Travel, seems to confirm the British survey. Australian survey authors concluded that vacations and travel increasing men's libido.

One-night stands is not the exclusive domain of the British and Australians. 6,000 of the Americans - men and women - participants in a survey conducted in February by Match.com, 50% said they had at least one night.
